Abstract

The main achievement of this research is that the author and his colleagues have a framework they can follow during the current economic crisis and possible future company crises (they happen more often globally; we had one in winter-spring 2019). The understanding of the impact of every action and every expense, helps top management to make the right decisions as well as think both tactically and strategically.
