dc.description.abstract	Сучасний стан розвитку професійної освіти України можна визначити як перманентно пошуковий, що підштовхує науковців-практиків перебувати у постійному пошуку технологічного інструментарію, який би відповідав на запити професійного ринку праці. У статті висвітлено результати аналізу наукових праць з проблематики досліджень професійної освіти Польщі в педагогічній теорії дослідниками України. Вказано на актуальність дослідження теоретико-методологічного підґрунтя професійної педагогічної освіти. Обґрунтовано вагомість дослідження розвитку теорії й практики педагогіки праці Польщі як педагогічної субдисципліни, що дала поштовх до розвитку наук про працю у світовому контексті.	uk

dc.description.abstracten	The modern state of the professional education development in Ukraine can be defined as a permanently searching one. This fact pushes scientists-experts to be in a continuous search of the technological set of tools that would meet demands of the professional labor market. The article elucidates the results of the analysis of scientific researches made by Ukrainian scientists on problems of the pedagogical theory of the professional education in Poland. The author stresses the actuality of researches of theoretical and methodological principles of the professional pedagogical education. She also grounds the importance of researches of the development of the theory and practice of the pedagogy of labor in Poland as a pedagogical sub discipline that has promoted the development of sciences about labor in the world context. The analysis of the research state of the professional education development in Poland in the light of innovative tendencies of the development of pedagogical science in modern scientific researches in Ukraine has made it possible to conclude the following: today in the Ukrainian scientific space there are no integral researches of the development of the pedagogy of labor as a theoretical and methodological basement of the professional education, neither the activities of scientific schools of pedagogy of labor, nor its influence on the formation of directions/specialities/specializations in the pedagogical professional education of the past and future.	uk
