dc.description.abstract	Згідно постанови радянського режиму Українська Католицька Церква східного обряду не мала б вже абсолютно існувати з 1946 року. Натомість вона не тільки виживає, але її життєздатність зростає. Це нещодавно було підтверджено виходом із катакомб «Ініціативної групи захисту прав віруючих і Церкви в Україні» і підпільними виданнями «Хроніка Католицької Церкви на Україні» та «Українські Католицькі Новини». В статті подається зміст та аналіз перших десять номерів «Хроніки», а також огляд життя церковної громади, яка стає завжди більш відважною після підписання СРСР «Гельсінських угод» і приходом до влади Михайла Горбачова.	uk

dc.description.abstracten	According to the decision of the Soviet regime, the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Eastern rite cannot exist from 1946. Instead, it not only survives, but its vitality is increasing. This was recently confirmed by the exit from the catacombs of the Initiative Group for the Defense of the Rights of Believers and the Church in Ukraine and the underground publications "The Chronicle of the Catholic Church in Ukraine" and "Ukrainian Catholic News". The article presents the content and analysis of the first ten issues of "The Chronicles", as well as an overview of the life of the church community, which becomes more courageous after the signing of the USSR "Helsinki Accords" and the coming to power of Mikhail Gorbachev.	uk
