dc.description.abstract	Висвітлено історію становлення й розвитку Інституту професійної освіти Польщі. Особливу увагу зосереджено на розвитку наукових напрямів досліджень працівників інституту у площині розроблення теоретико-методологічних засад педагогіки праці. Акцентовано на вагомості діяльності Тадеуша Новацького як засновника й директора інституту. Зауважено вагоме значення діяльності Загальнопольського семінару педагогіки праці для розвитку педагогіки праці й професійної освіти Польщі. Розглянуто тематичні секції семінару, зазначено провідних науковців педагогіки праці, чиї дослідження визначають майбутній розвиток субдисципліни «педагогіка праці».	uk

dc.description.abstracten	The history of Institute of Professional Education (IPE) becoming and development in Poland is considered in the article. The special attention is paid to the development of scientific research directions of IPE scientific workers in the field of developing theoretical and methodological principles of pedagogy of labor. The author also focusses on the significance of Tadeusz Wacław Nowacki’s scientific work, the founder and director of IPE, and the activity of the All-Polish seminar of pedagogy of labor for the development of pedagogy of labor as a pedagogical sub discipline and Polish professional education in general. Thematic sections of the seminar are presented and leading scientists of pedagogy of labor whose researches influenced the modern and future development of pedagogy of labor are mentioned. It is summarized that for the first ten years of its activity IPE developed not only principles of pedagogy of labor as a pedagogical sub discipline, and was supporting professional education of Poland scientifically and methodically, but also initiated professional training of a specialist in pedagogy of labor. It is stressed that since the 80-s pedagogy of labor has been developing in three directions, namely: as a scientific sub discipline that supports professional education of Poland scientifically and methodically, as institutional centers, and as a basement for the development of a pedagogical specialty of «pedagogy of labor». Studying the experience of IPE activity in Poland, evaluating its positives and difficulties in the tasks’ realization might indicate specific “painful points” in the development of professional education, assess the potential of professional education and its theoretical and methodological support realistically, and caution against possible risks using innovative resources. We suppose that further research might be reasonably done in the direction of the analysis of pedagogy of labor scientific schools’ researches in Poland, and the formation of the content of the specialist’s in pedagogy of labor professional training system.	uk
